Privacy policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

This policy explains what information PostSearchLabs ("we", "us") handles when you visit postsearchlabs.com or book a call with us. We keep it short because we collect very little.

This website

This site has no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The free shortlist test and AI Shortlist Scorecard run entirely in your browser: what you type or select is not sent to us or stored. If you open a prompt in an AI assistant, that assistant's own privacy policy applies. Like every website, our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.

Booking a call

When you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com. You give them your name, email address and anything you choose to write in the booking form, and they share it with us so we can hold the call. We use it only to prepare for and run the call and to follow up with you about it.

Working with us

Our work uses your company's public information: your website, docs, review-site profiles, listings and public mentions. Where we set up analytics or form tracking for you, we work in your own accounts and never ask for your customers' personal data.

Sharing and retention

We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the business (such as Cal.com and our email provider) or when the law requires it. We keep booking details for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Mention it on your call or reply to any email from us, and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
